About Us

College Spring International (CSI)

 a nonprofit guiding students toward higher education and
STEM careers readiness. Impacting the lives of future generation leaders through mentorship
for secondary and college students and youths in general. We provide useful resources to assist
their college admission processes as well as career development opportunities. Collaborating
with educational institutions to assist students in pursuing college degrees and combining
efforts to reach their education goals.

Our History:
Melvin Inertia Soclo founded College Spring International, a nonprofit, in 2018 while working
in education. He realized that 6 out of 10 students leaving high school lack clear career
pathways, especially in STEM. He knew that students need to be guided by education or
academic council upon graduation, which would help them plan and develop their career
pathways.

At College Spring International, we began with a simple realization—too many students leave high school without clear career direction.

Since 2018, our mission has been to guide young people toward higher education and meaningful career pathways through mentorship, leadership development, and opportunity.

We are committed to raising a generation of confident, purpose-driven leaders ready to make a lasting impact.

We envision creating an enabling environment for students leaving high school with a clear career plan for their postsecondary education; this vision sees students, even in the most remote areas of the country, holding the power to make the best career choice(s).

The College Spring International exists to create a developmental agenda for young people’s
participation in nations-building through the medium of planning and developing the career
pathways of future young generation leaders.
